Store & Hours

What are de Savary London's operating hours?

Our online store is always open, you can shop anytime at desavarylondon.com. With customer care is available from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm GMT. We aim to respond to all business and customer enquiries within 48 hours (excluding weekends and UK Public Holidays). Please note will respond to any queries once we re-open.

Our London pop-up on 322 King’s Road is open Monday to Saturday, 10am - 6pm, and Sunday 11am - 5pm. (Opening hours may vary slightly for private events or seasonal changes.)

Does de Savary London operate a physical store location?

We are currently available to shop in store at our London pop-up on 322 Kings Road, London SW35UH.

Orders & Shipping

What is the pre-order timeframe?

We regularly operate under a pre-order business model to ensure we are a sustainable company. All our items are carefully and intricately hand made at the highest level and we cannot rush this process. Additionally, our business model means that we do not waste material or create unnecessary work for our production workers. 

For pre-order purchases, delivery times are an estimated 7-12 working days (7-15 working days for US customers), unless stated otherwise on the product page. Your order will be shipped as soon as it is ready.

We kindly request to please allow 1 working day for us to process your order before we begin our manufacturing process. Please note this does not include weekends or UK public bank holidays. 

Does my order include taxes?

UK orders: All prices include VAT.
EU orders: Shipped from within the EU, with no duties and taxes.
US orders: Shipped from within the US, with no duties and taxes.
Rest of World Orders: Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, ensuring complete cost transparency before purchase. There are no hidden fees or additional costs post-checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

In-stock orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day. You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking number so you can view your delivery information.

Please note we do not ship items on weekends or bank holidays as our offices and warehouses are closed during this period. If your item is being shipped out on a Friday or over a bank holiday via next day delivery, this will be delivered on the next working day as our delivery service does not operate on weekends and/or UK public holidays.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we do ship worldwide. We offer a reliable and secure international delivery service to our customers across the globe. International shipping costs do vary for different countries which is calculated automatically upon checkout. 

Please note we cannot offer next day delivery for international orders.

If your shipping options aren’t displaying correctly at checkout, please clear your basket and ensure you’re browsing from your correct local region using the country selector on our website. Once updated, re-add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Items must be unused, unworn and returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging with all tags attached. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for further information on our Returns policy.

Can I exchange an item?

UK and rest of world exchanges are currently unavailable - please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred style or size.

How do I start a return?

Use our Returns Portal to register your return.

• UK customers: a prepaid label or QR code will be automatically generated.

• International customers: please attach your own tracked label and retain proof of postage.

Customisation & Care

Do you create bespoke & custom items?

Absolutely. We can customise your order in terms of sizing, sleeve lengths and colour. To place a bespoke / custom order please email us at info@desavarylondon.com and our team will be in touch to discuss creating your custom item. Please note, bespoke / custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in line with our terms and conditions.
