Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS INFORMATION  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached. Returns must be sent via guaranteed delivery to de Savary London within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition for a full refund. As per our Terms & Conditions, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please kindly note international customers are not eligible for exchanges. A refund and replacement order will need to be made.

 

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can now use our returns portal for UK returns and exchanges, making it easy to return your order, swap sizes/styles, and create return labels. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. To access our returns portal: CLICK HERE


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Our returns portal is also available for international returns, enabling you to create your own return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

International customers are not eligible for exchanges. Refunds and replacement orders will need to be processed.

 HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?

Using the returns portal is simple:

  1. Open the Returns Portal
  2. Enter your Order Number and the Email Address used for the order
  3. Select the item(s) to return
  4. Choose to return or exchange
  5. Opt for a refund or a 5% bonus in Store Credit (delivered as a virtual gift card)
  6. Download a QR code or print the postage label and attach it to your package
  7. Drop your parcel off at a designated Drop Off Point
  8. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

For international returns, classify your parcel as a 'return' to avoid additional charges. Failure to do so may result in extra charges deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return. If approved, refunds will be initiated immediately.

Please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, as this process is managed by your bank.
