RETURNS INFORMATION
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:
UK customers are eligible for free exchanges (subject to availability). 

Rest of world customers are not eligible for exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please return for a refund and place a new order.

RETURNS VIA OUR PORTAL
Our returns portal is available for all customers:

  • UK customers can submit a return or free exchange through our returns portal and a pre-paid shipping label or QR code will be generated. For returns a £7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Rest of World customers: can submit a return through our returns portal and a pre-paid shipping label will be generated and a shipping free will be deducted from your refund.

 HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?

  1. Open the Returns Portal
  2. Enter your Order Number (including the #) and the email address used for your order
  3. Select the item(s) to return or exchange
  4. Choose your return option (refund or 5% bonus in store credit, issued as a virtual gift card)
  5. Download your label or QR code
  6. Drop your parcel at the designated courier drop-off point
  7. A shipping cost  will be deducted from your refund

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed. If approved, refunds will be initiated immediately. Please allow 7–10 working days for funds to appear in your account, as this is dependent on your bank.
