Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS INFORMATION  

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund in line with our Terms & Conditions.

International customers (including EU) are not eligible for exchanges. A refund and separate replacement order will need to be placed. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES VIA OUR PORTAL
Our returns portal is now available for all customers - UK, EU and international.

  • UK customers: Return or free exchange your order easily through through the portal.
  • EU customers: Submit a return via the portal; exchanges are not currently available. 
  • International customers: Use the portal to create a return label; exchanges are not currently available. 

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

 HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?

Using the returns portal is simple:

  1. Open the Returns Portal
  2. Enter your Order Number including the # and the email address used for the order
  3. Select the item(s) to return
  4. Choose to return or exchange
  5. Opt for a refund or a 5% bonus in Store Credit (delivered as a virtual gift card)
  6. Download a QR code or print the postage label and attach it to your package
  7. Drop your parcel off at a designated Drop Off Point
  8. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

For international returns, classify your parcel as a 'return' to avoid additional charges. Failure to do so may result in extra charges deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return. If approved, refunds will be initiated immediately.

Please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, as this process is managed by your bank.
