RETURNS INFORMATION
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
UK exchanges are temporarily unavailable. All items should be returned for a refund, and a new order can be placed for any replacement items. International customers (including EU) are also not eligible for exchanges.
RETURNS VIA OUR PORTAL
Our returns portal is available for all customers
- UK Customers: Once your return has been submitted through the portal, a pre-paid shipping label or QR code will be automatically generated for you to download or scan at your chosen drop-off point. A return shipping free of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund.

International customers (including EU): Use the portal to log your return and follow the instructions to create and attach your own return shipping label. Customers are responsible for the cost and safe delivery of their parcel. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?
- Open the Returns Portal
- Enter your Order Number (including the #) and the email address used for your order
- Select the item(s) to return

Choose your return option (refund or 5% bonus in Store Credit, issued as a virtual gift card)

Download your label or QR code (UK), or follow the international return instructions provided

Drop your parcel at the designated courier drop-off point
- If you have generated a UK return label via our portal shipping cost of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund
For international returns, please clearly mark the parcel as a ‘Return’ to avoid customs charges. Any additional fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 working days for your return to be processed. If approved, refunds will be initiated immediately. Please allow 7–10 working days for funds to appear in your account, as this is dependent on your bank.
