Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be subject to change and alterations periodically. Once any changes to these terms and conditions are posted, these will apply to all orders received. Subsequently these changes will also apply to your use of the ‘de Savary London’ website and constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of such changes.

consent to our Privacy Policy and confirm that the data you provide is accurate. de Savary International complies with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No.
45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR for customers in the European Union.
Governing law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
1. Information
1.1. When placing an order we will ask for your name, telephone number, billing address, delivery address and payment method details.
1.2. This data will enable us to fulfil our order as efficiently as possible and also keep you up to date with ‘de Savary London’ newsletter marketing, if you so wish.
1.3. Your information may also aid us in preventing and detecting fraudulent requests for goods and services.
1.4. If any incorrect details appear such as mismatching shipping and billing, mismatching IP address, mismatching names, countries or even cities then we may require additional data upon receiving your order if any details are flagged as potentially fraudulent. We will only use the requested data from you to confirm that the card's registered billing address matches the name as shown on our order and it is being used by the card holder only - this will stop any potential chargebacks being issued.
1.5. If we suspect any suspicious transactions relating to an order, we have the right to cancel an order at any time.
2. Terms of Sale
2.1. By placing an order through our website you are adhering to the current terms and conditions of de Savary International FZCO displayed on their website.
2.2. When placing an order on the website you must represent that all the details you provide must be correct and true. These include that you are the owner of the payment card used and have sufficient funds to cover the cost of purchase and delivery charges.
2.3 We kindly request to please allow one working day for us to process your order. For pre-order items delivery times may vary, please check the individual items product page. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, production will take approximately 7-12 working days. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays. Once production of your order is complete and it's ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.
2.4 Some items are ready to ship; please email us if you require delivery by a specific
date.
2.5 When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. The confirmation email that your order has been completed and accepted will be sent separately to you once your order has been dispatched.
2.6 Once an item is dispatched, de Savary International is not liable for loss or damage
unless reported within 72 hours of delivery.
2.7 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
2.8 Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
2.9 Customers must ensure that all information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or costs arising from incorrect details.
3. Prices
3.1. All product page prices are exclusive of delivery, tax and duties charges if applicable.
3.2. Prices on this website are subject to change without notice however placed orders will remain unaffected.
3.3 For UAE orders, 5 % VAT will be applied where applicable.
4. Payment
4.1. All orders placed on the website must be paid with a debit or credit card that is coherent with our payment options at checkout.
4.2. When the order is received, a pre-authorisation check will be carried out on the card to ensure there are sufficient funds to make the purchase.
4.3. For international payments, all customers are responsible for the payment of duties and taxes for shipments. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout giving international customers cost transparency pre purchase.
5. Force Majeure
5.1. de Savary International shall not be liable for any delay of order due to the results of any events/circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, and accidents.
6. Returns/Exchanges
6.1 To be eligible for a return / exchange your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached and returned by guaranteed delivery to de Savary International within 14 days of confirmed delivery of your item. Your item must be returned in its original packaging and original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
6.2 For exchanges de Savary International cover the cost of postage shipped back out to UK orders. International customers are not eligible for exchanges, a refund and replacement order will need to be placed.
6.3 For returns, please place a return via our Returns & Exchanges page within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not send your item back to us after the returns period. Returns made outside the return period will be sent back to you and a handling charge will be processed. For International returns please ensure you classify your parcel as a 'return' and this will allow us to process your parcel back into the warehouse swiftly. *Failure to do so may result in additional charges which will be deducted from your refund.
6.4 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to you immediately. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your funds to reach your account as this is processed by your bank.
6.5 All returned items are the customer's responsibility and must be packed properly and securely to avoid any damages. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to provide a refund and we will send the item(s) back to you. We also reserve the right to ask the customer to cover the re-delivery costs.
6.6 The cost of returning the items are non-refundable and are paid by the customer.
6.7 On custom orders (items including custom sizing /custom length sleeves/ custom colours) de Savary London cannot accept returns. Please double check the product size chart carefully before placing an order.
6.8 Custom products can take up to 6 weeks to make and be delivered to the recipient.
6.9 All custom items are 100% non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6.10 For custom items a non-cancellation policy is applicable immediately after purchase.
7. Faulty Items
7.1 All garments are quality checked thoroughly when packaged for any faults before shipping. We cannot risk any faults as each order is of high value. All orders claimed at being faulty will be examined very carefully.
7.2 If you consider your de Savary London item to be faulty, please email customer care at info@desavarylondon.com within 7 days of your delivery arrival. We are then only obliged to repair or replace the item within a 6 month period on return of the complete faulty item.
7.3 If your item is found to be faulty, we can exchange and/or replace your item. Alternatively, a credit note or refund may be issued if a fault has been found, upon examination.
7.4 We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on faulty items that have been worn, used and are not in their original condition. Please note that normal 'wear and tear' of a product or a 'sample sale' item is not deemed to be faulty under any circumstances.
7.5 We allow a tolerance of up to 1-2cm in measurement for hand-finished aspects of a garment, which is not considered a defect.
8. Discount codes & Offers
8.1 de Savary London does not publish discounts codes in general, including first order and student discount.
8.2 Discretionary discounts may be offered on occasion which cannot be used on exchange orders as codes can only be used once.
8.3 Discounts cannot be given retrospectively.
9. Bespoke / Custom items
9.1 Bespoke/ custom items include and are not limited to; custom sizing, garments ordered with a specific sleeve length (e.g. 2 inches shorter/longer), custom colour etc. Bespoke / custom orders may only be placed by contacting info@desavarylondon.com and written confirmation is given by de Savary London.
9.2 Given the exclusivity of bespoke / custom items, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please do feel free to contact us to advise on colours, sizing and fabrics at info@desavarylondon.com prior to placing your order. We aim to ensure absolute satisfaction.
10. Sale Items
10.2 Discount codes and offers are not applicable to sample sale items. We cannot process any sample sale or sale purchases with a discount code.
10.3 Sample sale items may have a slight defect or imperfection i.e. due to wear from a model on a photoshoot but these are not deemed or classed as faulty. By purchasing a sample sale item, the customer agrees and accepts the above terms of sale.
11. International Delivery & International Returns
11.1 All International orders are delivered by `UPS and will be delivered approximately 3-5 working days after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival. For some countries, delivery times may be extended so please email us at info@desavarylondon.com for more information on this.
11.2 All international customers are responsible for paying any customs or import tax due upon the package arriving in their country. For International returns, de Savary London are not liable to pay returns custom duties and taxes. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are to be paid by the customer. Returns must be in accordance with our returns policy as defined under subject line 6. Returns / Exchanges.
11.3 Please note de Savary International are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance as this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country.
11.4 Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer, should the brand be charged any customs/duties on return of an item this will deducted from the final refund. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to de Savary London, you will be liable for the additional fees charged for return and re-delivery.
11.5 Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout combined with shipping, a breakdown of this cost is shown for customer transparency. This fee is not created by de Savary London, we use an external platform to calculate and have no control over adjusting this fee.
12. Lost Parcels
12.1 de Savary International are not responsible for lost or missing parcels, or if a package is showing as delivered. It is the customers responsibility to follow their parcel's journey using the tracking information provided. In the event that a parcel is returned back to us, reshipping costs will apply.
13. Compliance and Export Regulations
13.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchases comply with local import laws and regulations in their country of residence.
14. Digital Gift Cards
14.1 Digital gift cards can only be purchased in specific denominations as displayed on our website.
14.2 Upon purchase, the digital gift card will be sent electronically to the email address provided during checkout. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s email address is correct. de Savary London is not responsible for any lost or misplaced digital gift cards resulting from incorrect email information provided by the purchaser.
14.3 Digital gift cards are redeemable exclusively on desavarylondon.com and can be used toward any product offered on the site unless otherwise specified.
14.4 Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase other gift cards, or applied to previous purchases.
14.5 If the total value of the purchase exceeds the value of the digital gift card, the balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
14.6 Digital gift cards expire after 6 months and do not carry any fees for non-use.
14.7 Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
14.8 If items purchased with a digital gift card are returned, the refund amount will be applied back to the original digital gift card or issued as store credit, at de Savary London's discretion.
14.9 de Savary International is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of digital gift cards. Please treat your digital gift card like cash. Any use of the digital gift card by an unauthorised person will be your responsibility and may result in its cancellation.
14.10 If your digital gift card is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team at info@desavarylondon.com immediately. Replacement or reissuance of the digital gift card is subject to our discretion.
15. Ticket Redemption Terms & Conditions
15.1 Each event ticket is fully redeemable against your next de Savary London order.
15.2 Please contact us directly for a unique code.
15.3 The ticket value has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or extended beyond the validity period.
15.4 The code can be applied at checkout on full-price items only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or gift cards.
15.5 If an item purchased using the code is returned, only the amount paid (after the code is applied) will be refunded.
15.6 The unique redemption code will be issued upon request valid for two months after the event date.
16. Currency, Bank Fees and International Payments
16.1 All transactions on desavarylondon.com are processed in Pound Sterling (GBP).
16.2 Prices displayed on the website may be shown in a local or alternative currency for browsing purposes only. These are indicative and based on estimated exchange rates. The final transaction amount will always be charged in GBP at checkout.
16.3 If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, your bank, card provider or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges. These fees are set by your provider and are outside of de Savary International’s control.
16.4 Exchange rates used by your payment provider may differ from the rates displayed on our website or other third-party services.
16.5 de Savary International is not responsible for any discrepancies in exchange rates, nor for any additional fees incurred as a result of currency conversion, international payments, or bank charges.
16.6 In the event of a refund, the amount returned will be processed in GBP. Due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank fees, the refunded amount received in your local currency may differ from the original amount paid.
16.7 By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept that currency conversion rates and any associated fees are determined by your payment provider and are your responsibility.
